We will be sending QSM Associates a Check to guarantee a position at the Workshop

We will be sending QSM Associates a Purchase Order to guarantee a position at the Workshop

I wish to attend the workshop with the 3 month evaluation ($4,995 per tool includes software license and training.)

I wish to attend the workshop with the 2 month evaluation ($3,000 per tool includes software license and training.)

*NOTE: A 50% Penalty Fee will be charged
for cancellations made within ten (10) days of the registered class.
